At SalomonGCC, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your SalomonGCC account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
